Are you a true all-rounder with an eye for detail and hospitality? For our small-scale business in Vinkeveen, we are looking for a colleague to strengthen both our reception and housekeeping teams. No two days are the same in this versatile role, where you are the first point of contact for our guests and the key person keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What will you do?

As a Reception & Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for a combination of front desk, planning, and light operational tasks:

Reception & Reservations:

• Checking guests in and out with a warm smile
• Assisting guests with information about their stay, the surrounding area, and our services
• Bike and boat rentals
• Responding to emails and processing new reservations in the system

Housekeeping & Coordination:

• Checking rooms after cleaning to ensure quality and cleanliness
• Supervising and supporting the cleaning team
• Collecting bed linen after check-out
• Putting clean linen away in the right locations
• Occasionally doing a small load of laundry (cleaning cloths, etc.)

What do you bring to the role?

• You are hospitable, independent, and proactive
• You speak and write Dutch well (English is a plus)
• You can keep an overview and work in a structured way
• You are flexible and ideally also available during weekends and holiday periods
• Experience in hospitality, front office, or housekeeping coordination is a plus, but motivation matters more than your CV!

Vacancy: Cleaning Staff Member (20 hours per week)

Vinkeveen – Working at a unique location by the water

For our location at the Vinkeveense Plassen, we are looking for a careful and reliable cleaning staff member. In this role, you will make sure our rooms and common areas always look fresh and well cared for, so our guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

What will you do?

• Cleaning rooms and bathrooms after guests have checked out
• Making beds and replacing linen
• Cleaning common areas such as the reception, hallway, and sanitary facilities
• Noticing and reporting any defects or special observations

What are we looking for?

• You work accurately and independently
• You have an eye for detail and value cleanliness and hygiene
• You are physically fit and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• You are available for 20 hours per week, spread over several days
• Working weekends is not a problem for you

Experience in cleaning is a plus, but not required – we are happy to teach you!
