Marina Regulations

Article 1: These regulations apply to the marina and its surrounding areas, open from April 15 to October 15.

Article 2: Boats must be well-maintained and properly moored.

Article 3:

  • Only berth renters may use the marina.
  • Unauthorized persons are not allowed; visitors must check in at the reception or via the intercom.
  • Please park closely together; a second car or visitor (€3.00) must be reported to the reception.
  • The area must be maintained in a quiet, orderly, and clean manner; everyone is responsible for their own behavior and that of their visitors.

Article 4: It is prohibited in the marina to:

  • Cause noise disturbances;
  • Create waves (please sail gently);
  • Pollute the marina with oil, waste, or other harmful substances;
  • Let pets roam freely;
  • Use drinking water to wash boats or cars;
  • Leave engines running unnecessarily;
  • Use open flames or barbecues;
  • Swim or dive;
  • Overnight in the boat or use it as accommodation.
    (Exceptions to points 1, 5, 7, and 8 may be made with permission from the reception.)

Article 5: Waste must be disposed of separately:

  • Only closed bags in the waste bin, loose waste in the metal container;
  • Glass in the yellow glass bin;
  • Plastic/cans/milk cartons near the cupboard;
  • Paper (folded) near or in the cupboard;
  • Bulky waste must be disposed of by the owner.
  • From 2021, there will be a €5.00 contribution for waste separation.

Article 6: When selling your boat, the reception must be informed; the berth is non-transferable.

Article 7: Safety for people, animals, and the environment comes first. Damage and danger caused by negligence are not permitted. The marina regulations may be amended during the season.
